A twist on the classic fried rice – Still loaded with seasonal veggies, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, truck made sesame soy glaze and ribbons of fried egg, garnished with cilantro and scallions – but in our version, we use quinoa to make it that much better! – Vegetarian & G/F (Can be made Vegan)
Potato Leek Soup
Cant beat the classics! Velvety potatoes and leeks topped with crispy fried leeks and served with a fresh baked focaccia spear. - Vegetarian (Can be made G/F)
Southwest Steak Chili
Spicy lime marinated beef slow cooked with chili’s, onions, garlic, tomatoes, Tepary beans and a blend of roasted peppers. Topped with Crow’s Crema, cilantro and green onions. Served with corn tortilla chips. G/F
Wheat Berry Potato Hash
Local wheat berries, Tepary beans and roasted potatoes mixed with peppers, onions, bacon, and quinoa then lightly drizzled with cilantro infused lemon oil. Add a poached egg and stay full all day!
