When Brooke Francis got her first job at a pizza place at the age of 15, she had no idea that she would still be serving food to this day. She always had jobs related to the food/beverage industry, but it wasn’t until she was in her early 20’s that she decided to attend culinary school in order to make cooking food her career.
In 2006 Brooke graduated with honors and an Associates Degree from Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu. She went on to do her externship with one of the largest and most successful catering companies in the valley. Brooke thrived in the structure of a professional kitchen and after putting in the time and effort, she reached her goal of becoming Executive Sous chef.
After some time, she decided to follow her and her husband Nathan’s dream of opening a place together! The Roasted Shallot Food Truck is the perfect fit to allow them to cook the food they love and work together everyday!
